Mr. James Bryson is a Director of PT HB Capital Indonesia. James, a British citizen, was educated at the School of Oriental and African Studies, University of London, where he earned an honors degree in Economics and Politics. James has worked in the Asian equities business, since leaving the British Army in 1995. Most of his time in the industry has been spent on the equities sell side in Indonesia, as Head of Equity Sales respectively for BZW Securities, ANZ Securities and then Merrill Lynch Indonesia. After 2 1/2 years with ML Hong Kong in a regional research sales and account management role, James returned to Indonesia mid 2004 to start and run the equities business for PT CIMB Niaga Securities, until mid 2005.

Mr. Roland Haas is a Director of PT HB Capital Indonesia. Roland, a Dutch citizen, was educated at the University of San Francisco, California, where he earned a Masters of Business Administration degree, majoring in Finance and International Business. Roland started in the fund management industry as an Investment Analyst at Templeton International Singapore, before joining G.T. Management Singapore as a Fund Manager in 1992. Roland was President Director and fund manager at PT Lippo Investment Management from 1994 to 2001.

Mr. William Daniel has been a commissioner of PT HB Capital Indonesia since 2006. William, a British citizen, holds an MA in English from Cambridge University and an MA in Applied Linguistics from Reading University. William spent ten years teaching overseas before joining Baring Securities in 1988 as a research analyst . He established the Barings office in Jakarta in 1990 before moving with the bank to Seoul and Tokyo. Subsequently, he established a securities company for BZW in Manila and then returning to Indonesia with the bank in 1997. From 1998 to 2002, William was a managing director with ABN Amro Asia Securities overseeing the banks equities subsidiaries in Jakarta and ASEAN. After leaving full time investment banking , William founded the Wall Street English retail franchise in Jakarta which in 2012 was sold to Pearson PLC. William is a holder of the Financial Times Diploma for Non-Executive Directors and the INSEAD Certification for Independent Directors.
